Kreadly provides integrated digital operating systems for service organizations, including but not limited to: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing tools, booking systems, website builders, and community management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently with or without prior notice.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Service fees are paid according to the agreed pricing plan. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or in accordance with our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, and users will be notified of any price changes in advance.

The Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Kreadly does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our systems.
